Part‑Time Waking Nights Support Worker
Location: The Haven, Lincolnshire, LN6 8AP
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week

Job Overview

Your role will involve providing person‑centered support to tenants to enable them to live independently in their own properties and move towards securing their own accommodation. You will create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that each individual feels valued and supported. You will assist with personal care, administer medication, conduct check‑in visits, and support domestic tasks, empowering individuals to take control of their own lives and achieve their dreams of independent living.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to tenants during nighttime hours.
  • Administer medication and ensure safe usage.
  • Conduct check‑in visits and observe well‑being.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, including laundry, tidying, and meal preparation.
  • Support tenants' journey toward independent living and securing accommodation.
  • Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and report incidents to the care team.

Qualifications and Training

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. On joining, you will receive on‑the‑job training and have opportunities to undertake professional qualifications in Health and Social Care, Management, Admin, and further professional development.
