We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker Waking Nights to join the team at Swallow Lodge based in Lincoln, LN6 8UZ.
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 35 weekly

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.
- Provide personal care, administer medication, conduct security checks, and assist with domestic tasks.
- Create an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued.
- Adjust your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible.
- Tackle any challenges that may arise with unwavering determination.
Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
