We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker - Supported Living to join the team at The Reeds based in Lancaster, LA1 5QQ.
Salary and Hours: 24 hours weekly at £12.60 per hour.

What You’ll Do
- Support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently and help them move toward independent accommodation.
- Assist with medication administration, community access, and domestic tasks.
- Enhance clients’ quality of life with a positive attitude and genuine care.
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain accurate documentation.
