We have an opportunity available for Support Workers to join the team at Hartley Place and Hollymere based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Salary £13.12 per hour.
Hartley Place Hours: 15 hour 1-1 role working Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (10am-3pm) & weekend Bank staff, working a mix of shifts 8am-2pm and 3pm-10pm.
Hollymere Hours: 20 weekly, working a mix of shifts 8am-2pm and 3pm-10pm, includes alternate weekends.

Job Role
As a Support Worker in Extra Care you'll be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. You should be able to think on your feet and understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.
Qualifications and Attributes
We are not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. We look for people who find joy in the little moments of life, who can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, and who possess patience and a sense of humour.
