We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker to join the team at Hartley Place based in Ellesmere Port, CH65 7DJ.
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 21 hours weekly

Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.
- Providing personal care, administering medication, and assisting with domestic tasks.
- Creating an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued.
- Adjusting your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible.
- Tackling any challenges that may arise with unwavering determination.
Qualifications:
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
