We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Hartley Place and Hollymere based in Ellesmere Port CH65 7DJ and CH65 2HH.

Salary: £13.12 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.
  • Provide personal care, administer medication and assist with domestic tasks.
  • Create an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued.
  • Adjust your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible.
  • Tackle any challenges that may arise with unwavering determination.

Qualifications:

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
