We have an opportunity available for a Bank Senior Support Worker to join the team at Rivacre based in Ellesmere Port, CH66 1LZ.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support. You will be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.

Qualifications:
As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard, you must be trained to administer medication so previous Support Worker experience is essential. You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person centred basis. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
