We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Bridle Court based in Crewe, CW2 7EL. Salary £12.60 per hour. Hours Bank.

Responsibilities: As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you will be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. Your days will be varied, assisting with medication, accessing the community, and domestic tasks.

Qualifications: We’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Patience and a sense of humour are key qualities we’re looking for. You do not need prior industry experience or specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
