We have an opportunity available for an Administrator to join the team at Cheshire East Carers Service based in Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6GL.

Salary: Β£12.60 per hour

Hours: 30 hours weekly

Responsibilities:

As an Administrator, you will develop and provide carer focussed and efficient administrative support for the service, undertaking administrative duties in accordance with the needs of the company and according to agreed procedures. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of Making Space's day-to-day operations. You will work with various systems related to employee management, including payroll, absence, sickness, and recruitment. In addition to handling general office tasks like answering phones and dealing with ad-hoc queries, you will assist rota management. If you thrive in a fast paced work environment and enjoy utilising your organisational and communication skills this role may be a perfect fit for you.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently and in accordance with deadlines. Previous administration experience and good IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 is essential. Experience of working within a health and social care setting would be an advantage but is not essential. It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align ours here at Making Space.
