Making Space Charity is seeking a Community Navigator to join the Cambridgeshire Navigators Service. The role focuses on connecting adults with local services, offering information, guidance and signposting to help explore options, with a strong emphasis on home-based delivery and some local travel.
You will provide one-to-one guidance via in-person, phone, video and email, supporting independent living and wellbeing. NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to achieve it is required.
