We have an opportunity available for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Limes Place based in Colne, BB8 9FB. Limes Place offers flexible levels of support tailored to our residents. You will be supporting people aged 18 and over with assessed care needs.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £29,129 per annum
Contract: 12 month fixed term, with potential to become permanent

Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager your role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from ensuring our staff provide top-notch care for residents to ensuring the home is a safe and welcoming environment for all. You will be on a rota, ready to jump in at any time to deliver exceptional care to the residents. You will also promote a value-based culture to our dedicated team.
Qualifications
- NVQ III (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care, or willing to work toward it.
- Experience of working in a relevant care setting and providing a person-centred approach.
