We have exciting new opportunities available for Support Workers to join our new service delivering care at home to adults living in their own homes in Ellesmere Port & Chester.
Salary: £14.90 per hour
Weekly Hours: Various guaranteed contracts available from 15hrs - 30hrs with option to pick up regular overtime working various shifts between 7am-11pm including working some weekends.
Location: Ellesmere Port & Chester
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THEIR OWN CAR OR BIKE. £250 bonus paid for drivers after 1st month plus 40p mileage between calls.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you'll be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently and receive the support they need in their own homes. You will be supporting a variety of people with different needs which will include support with personal care, medication assistance, meal prep and domestic tasks; your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. That's why we're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand individual needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces. We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours. Car drivers/access to own transport is key to deliver care across the patch.
