We have an opportunity available for a Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to join our Property Services team, to support our services across the Merseyside and Cheshire area.
Responsibilities
- Support our services and sites across the Merseyside and Cheshire area, carrying out caretaking and maintenance responsibilities.
- Work in people's homes, maintaining focused customer care and confidentiality at all times.
- Carry out a range of tasks including decorating, general maintenance and repairs, and ensuring quality checks are completed.
- Travel is involved; a vehicle and uniform will be provided.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience is essential.
- Must have held a full UK driving licence for at least a year.
- No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required.
- On joining Making Space, you will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
