We have exciting opportunities for a Senior Support Worker to join our brand-new Care at Home service across Ellesmere Port and Chester.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting adults to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You'll provide practical support, build meaningful relationships and help lead a team committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care.   • Support individuals to live independently in their own homes
  • Provide personal care and medication support where required
  • Act as a Key Worker, supporting assessments, care planning, and reviews
  • Lead and support Support Workers on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure care records and support plans remain accurate and up to date
  • Promote dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing
  • Work alongside health and social care professionals to deliver excellent outcomes

Previous experience as a Support Worker

Experience supporting or guiding colleagues within a care setting

A good sense of humour and a genuine desire to help others

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Successful applicants will be subject to employment checks, including DBS and references checks and provided with safeguarding training.
