Making Space is a values-led organisation focused on improving lives, and we are looking for a Community Services Lead to join our Community Division. This is a permanent, part-time role (28 hours per week), based from home with regular travel across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire.
In this role, you will guide and support Service Managers and Team Leaders to deliver high-quality services. You will help ensure people receive the support they need, while keeping services running smoothly and effectively.
- Support and guide Service Managers and Team Leaders in their roles
- Oversee service performance, including budgets and outcomes
- Work with internal teams to help grow and develop services
- Maintain high standards across all services

Background in services such as carers support or mental health is preferred. You should be confident using digital systems such as Charitylog, Nourish or SharePoint and able to travel regularly as part of the role.
