Support Worker - Supported Living

Making Space Charity – Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service, Inspiring Minds – Burnley, BB11 1UG.

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 35 hours weekly Full Time position.

We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces. Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker in Supported Living you will support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. Your role will include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. Every day will be varied and no two days will be the same.

Qualifications:

We do not require prior industry experience or specific qualifications for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training and you will have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
