Role Overview: Bank Support Worker with Personal Care – Rosemary Court, Darlington, DL1 4UB. Salary £13.12 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, ensuring confidence and independence.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to build confidence and self‑esteem.
  • Connect with clients on a deep level, delivering customised care and supporting individual goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
