We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Rivacre House based in Ellesmere Port, CH66 1LZ.

Salary: Β£12.60 hourly

Responsibilities:

As a Bank Support Worker, you will embody our core values by providing exceptional care and support to service users, especially those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour. Your tasks include personal care, medication administration, and assisting with domestic tasks. You will create a warm environment that makes service users feel seen and valued. As a tailored supporter, you will adapt your approach to meet each individual's needs, and with courage, face challenges with determination, knowing your presence provides comfort.

Qualifications:

No prior experience or specific qualifications are required to apply. We will support you with on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development, including qualifications in health and social care if desired. We seek individuals whose personal values align with ours at Making Space.
