We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at our Darlington Extra Care service, Rosemary Court based in Darlington, County Durham DL1 1UB.

Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities: As a Support Worker in Extra Care, you will be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. Your days will be varied, from medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces. We are more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues.

If you find joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you! Patience and a sense of humour are key qualities we are looking for.

Qualifications: You do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
