We have an opportunity available for Bank Support Workers Extra Care to join the team across both Poppy Court, CV3 3DN and Bevan Court, CV3 5JB in Coventry. Salary £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Extra Care you'll be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.
Qualifications
We're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you're the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you! Patience and a sense of humour are also key qualities we're looking for. It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
