Contract: Permanent

Hours: 4 days / 30 hours per week

Salary: £40,000k (full time equivalent: £50,000)

Location: Hybrid home/office working (office in Moorgate)

This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role at the heart of Making Music’s growth. As Marketing and Communications Director, you will lead how we attract, retain and engage our members, with a strong focus on digital acquisition, including SEO. You will sit on the senior management team and play a key role in shaping organisational strategy and overall impact.

You will manage the Marketing and Communications team, made up of Communications and Engagement Manager (5dpw), Content Manager (4dpw) and Communications Coordinator (2.5dpw).
