The mission for this role is to define and deliver the Agency team’s long‑term vision, shaping company‑wide client standards and driving strategic growth. You will be responsible for developing the most critical client relationships, securing major deals, and influencing industry best practice. You will lead cross‑departmental collaboration, set the direction for innovation and technology adoption, and represent Making Moves as a recognised thought leader.

Your focus will be:

  • Strategic Leadership: Set and deliver the Agency team’s strategy in line with overall company objectives. Take full accountability for revenue growth through pipeline ownership and commercial performance. Facilitate operational excellence by strengthening processes, reporting, and CRM adoption (e.g. HubSpot). Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, championing cross‑department collaboration to win as a team and achieve company‑wide goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and inspire a high‑performing, inclusive team, levelling up the growth of future leaders. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client‑first thinking. Ensure clear progression pathways and uphold best‑in‑class delivery standards.
  • Client Strategy & Business Development: Own senior‑level client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment with long‑term business objectives. Lead on major business development initiatives, turning market insights (e.g. Business Rates revaluation) into revenue opportunities. Represent Making Moves at the highest level in client pitches, industry forums, and external events.
  • Innovation & Technology: Continually refine and challenge CRM workflows and processes to ensure maximum efficiency at scale. Foster the adoption of new technologies that enable growth, enhance client delivery, and future‑proof the business.

Your experience includes:

  • Leadership experience in commercial property.
  • Extensive knowledge in office agency, deal‑making, and advisory.
  • Ability to set and deliver long‑term strategy.
  • Recognition as a trusted advisor or contributor in the industry.
  • Ability to set company‑wide standards for client engagement and retention.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, automation, and innovation.
