The mission for this role… As a Senior Director, you will define and deliver the Agency team’s long‑term vision, shaping company‑wide client standards and driving strategic growth. You’ll be responsible for developing the most critical client relationships, securing major deals, and influencing industry best practice. You will lead cross‑departmental collaboration, set the direction for innovation and technology adoption, and represent Making Moves as a recognised thought leader.

- Strategic Leadership
- Set and deliver the Agency team’s strategy in line with overall company objectives.
- Take full accountability for revenue growth through pipeline ownership and commercial performance.
- Facilitate operational excellence by strengthening processes, reporting, and CRM adoption (e.g. HubSpot).
- Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, championing cross‑department collaboration to win as a team and achieve company‑wide goals.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and inspire a high‑performing, inclusive team, levelling up the growth of future leaders.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client‑first thinking.
