  • Casual Car User – must hold a full valid driving licence, provide own car and documentation, and receive allowance per mile.

Qualification:

  • BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent RICS-accredited degree)
  • Working towards full RICS or CIOB membership

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, manage and administer construction contracts from commencement to completion, ensuring quality, time and budget targets are met.
  • Support clients with programme development, cost and value management, and contract administration.
  • Provide specialist services such as Fire Risk Assessment, Principal Designer support, and CDM compliance.
  • Analyse building defects and specify works, using knowledge of building and planning legislation, CDM Regulations and building contracts (JCT, PSPC, NEC3/4, TSC, ECC).
  • Assist with AutoCAD design production and liaison with mechanical, electrical and structural design teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Major and Minor Capital Programme delivery.
  • Competence in applying a range of construction and procurement frameworks.
