Site Managers with pre-existing Enhanced DBS required for school refurbishment projects in and around Durham. Works to include full classroom refurbishments, door replacement and electrical works.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all sub-contractors
- Controlling programme
- Ensuring quality
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager
Start Mid July. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness also required.
