My client is seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Financial Director to join their growing group of businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a successful and entrepreneurial business operating across property development, investment and operational trading companies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the group while overseeing all financial operations. This is far more than a traditional finance role. My client is looking for a commercially minded individual who can add real value, identify opportunities, challenge decisions where necessary and help drive continued growth across the business.
The Role
- Take responsibility for the financial performance, reporting and strategic financial planning of the group.
- Strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across multiple businesses.
- Managing cash flow, working capital and group liquidity.
- Development finance and funding arrangements.
- Managing lender, banking and investor relationships.
- Financial oversight of property development projects and operational businesses.
- Producing detailed management accounts and board-level reporting.
- Supporting acquisitions, investments and future growth opportunities.
