Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding customer service standards
- Manage P&L, costs, and profitability
- Drive sales through local marketing and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Manage stock, suppliers, and labour costs
- Create a positive and energetic work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and profitability
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for food, ideally with interest in Japanese cuisine
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
