Maki & Ramen are looking for an experienced and adaptable Bartender (with Front of House experience) to be part of this exciting and dynamic site. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels
- Handle payments and process transactions correctly
- Support front‑of‑house operations by greeting, seating, and assisting guests when required
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety standards
- Previous bartending experience preferred, with front‑of‑house experience highly valued
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service standards
- Basic math and POS system knowledge
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
