Role: Front of House
Commencement Date: ASAP
Salary: £12.50-£13.00 per hour excluding service charge & tips
Hours: 25-35 per week (hours are negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Handle payments and process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and courteously
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic math and POS system knowledge
