We’re Maki & Ramen – a growing, Japanese‑inspired dining brand known for our homemade ramen and freshly prepared sushi. With a strong focus on quality and warm, attentive service, we’re passionate about delivering a memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support chefs with food prep (chopping, washing, etc.)
  • Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
  • Assist with stock rotation and ingredient storage
  • Wash dishes and sanitize equipment
  • Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
  • Restock supplies as needed during service

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina and time management
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Previous kitchen experience (a plus, not required)
  • Food safety certification (if applicable)
