We’re Maki & Ramen – a growing, Japanese‑inspired dining brand known for our homemade ramen and freshly prepared sushi. With a strong focus on quality and warm, attentive service, we’re passionate about delivering a memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Support chefs with food prep (chopping, washing, etc.)
- Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
- Assist with stock rotation and ingredient storage
- Wash dishes and sanitize equipment
- Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
- Restock supplies as needed during service
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and time management
- Quick learner with attention to detail
