Maki & Ramen is seeking a seasoned Multi-Site Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across London and the South, driving food quality, menu development and commercial performance. You’ll travel between sites, develop Head Chefs, implement SOPs, maintain food safety standards and support openings.
This is a hands-on role for a dynamic operator in high-volume environments. Experience with Japanese/Asian cuisine is a plus, and you’ll work closely with senior leadership as the group grows
