Our Metrocentre location is looking for an experienced and adaptable Kitchen Assistant to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients including vegetables, meats, broths, sauces, and ramen toppings.
- Assist with grilling and ramen station during service.
- Follow recipes and portion standards to maintain quality and consistency.
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and hygienic.
- Support stock checks, deliveries, and kitchen opening/closing duties.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic food prep/knife skills and interest in Japanese cuisine.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to food hygiene standards.
