Key responsibilities
We’re looking for confident, adaptable individuals excited to be part of something new. You’ll receive full training to help you settle into the Maki & Ramen way and lead with confidence from day one.
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service.
- Coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and guest flow to maintain efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Support, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent performance.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in inventory tracking, staff scheduling, and shift planning.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Delegation and coordination of tasks during busy shifts
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role (e.g., head server, shift leader)
- Familiarity with basic reporting (e.g., shift logs, incident reports)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
