About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and confident Host / Brand Ambassador to be the face of our Maki & Ramen Soho (W1D 5JF). This is a highly interactive role where you'll engage with members of the public, create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and encourage guests to visit our restaurant. If you love meeting new people, have a positive attitude, and aren't afraid to start conversations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stand outside the restaurant and warmly welcome passers‑by
  • Engage with people on the street and promote our food, offers, and brand
  • Encourage customers to visit the restaurant
  • Run interactive activities such as prize wheels, games, and promotions
  • Distribute vouchers, discounts, and promotional offers
  • Help create a lively and exciting atmosphere around the venue
  • Support the restaurant team during busy periods when required
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times

What We're Looking For
