Maki & Ramen is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to support the management team in leading front-of-house operations.

Key responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of front-of-house service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the team during service to maintain high hospitality standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or concerns professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
- Help monitor stock levels, team performance, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within hospitality.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
