The role is a 12-month Maternity Cover contract primarily focused on B2B marketing and strategic candidate attraction for our key programmes, working closely with Sales, Admissions and senior stakeholders to ensure marketing delivers real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead and deliver cross-channel campaigns that support programme launches and commercial priorities - building awareness, engagement and high-quality candidate interest across key audiences.
- Content Strategy and Development: Own and deliver content that helps position Makers as a go-to hub for AI thought leadership, including case studies, blogs, videos, webinars, interviews and event-led content.
- Website and Landing Page Support: Work closely on website content and landing pages, ensuring messaging is clear, current and commercially strong, with a good understanding of how content supports conversion.
- B2B Marketing Support: Create campaign assets, lead magnets and nurture content that support pipeline growth and strengthen engagement with both new and existing clients, including paid activity where needed.
- Events and Experiences: Lead delivery of flagship Makers events, executive dinners, webinars and programme launches - managing promotion, speakers, logistics, content capture and follow-up with support from the wider team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign and content performance across channels, reporting clearly on what is working and where we should improve.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Admissions, Sales, Product and external partners to ensure marketing is joined up, commercially focused and delivered to a high standard.
Success will be measured on:
- Strong delivery of strategic campaigns and programme launches
- Quality and diversity of candidate pipelines across key programmes
- Content performance and engagement across website, social, video and thought leadership channels
- Successful delivery of flagship events, executive dinners and strategic launches
- Growth in brand engagement and commercial impact from marketing activity
- Clear reporting and strong visibility of marketing contribution to business growth
