Makers is expanding its Brentford production kitchen in West London and seeking an experienced Sous Chef with a strong background in chocolate production. You will join the Executive Chef and another Sous Chef to lead the production team, combining hands-on chocolate making with leadership and process development.
You will oversee chocolate production, pastry, and manufacturing processes, contribute to R&D and seasonal projects, and help scale operations for future Makers locations.
