We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our growing animation team in London. As a Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of our animation films by managing schedules, organizing resources, and maintaining efficient communication across departments. You will also ensure a smooth workflow between the internal team, external collaborators, and production partners.

Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining production schedules and tracking documents
- Organizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items
- Communicating clearly and consistently across teams and stakeholders
- Monitoring task progress and flagging risks proactively
- Supporting production leads and artists to help meet creative and technical goals
- Managing and updating production tools and databases
- Supporting coordination between us and external studios or freelancers
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience, preferably as a production coordinator in feature animation, short animation film or VFX production
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills
- Working experience with production tools such as ShotGrid, Excel, Miro, or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
- Passion for storytelling, animation and games
