We are looking for an experienced Animation Producer to join our growing animation studio in London. As an Animation Producer, you will oversee the production of short animated films, partner with story and development, ensuring creative vision and production goals align across all pipeline stages. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and team dynamics in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities
- Leading the animation production process from pre-production to final delivery
- Managing budgets, schedules, milestones, and resources across multiple projects
- Coordinating with directors, department leads, and production teams to ensure creative alignment
- Partnering with external studios and vendors, ensuring quality, efficiency and brand consistency
- Supporting team planning through shot breakdowns, task assignment, and timeline updates
- Tracking progress, flagging risks, and proposing realistic solutions
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication across all departments
- Updating production databases (e.g. ShotGrid) and preparing regular status reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in an animation production environment, ideally within a feature, TV series, or commercial studio
- Solid understanding of the animation pipeline, including story, Art, layout, animation, lighting, compositing and post
- Strong experience with production tools like ShotGrid, Excel, Miro and other tracking platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork, creative ownership, and iterative production
- Passion for storytelling, animation, and games
