- Copywriting, Scriptwriting, & Storytelling: Create taglines, scripts, headlines and narratives that cut through.
- Brand Resonance: Develop campaign platforms and content ideas that live in culture.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of briefs from initial thought through to execution.
- Strategic Presentation: Build clear, persuasive presentations that bring ideas to life, from insight, to concept, to execution.
- Client Facing Excellence: Confidently articulate, sell and defend your work to clients and internally.
- Visual Direction: Shape the creative vision, including art direction, and create moodboards and storyboards for film and content.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with art directors, designers and the wider team to bring ideas to life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Experience:
- Outstanding Portfolio: A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and copy craft.
- Strong Presentation Skills: Proven ability to sell creative work with clarity and confidence.
- Multichannel Expertise: Experience across social, digital, and earned, across both integrated campaigns and content.
- Sector Awareness: Strong awareness of sport, culture and entertainment, and how to turn that into ideas.
- Leadership & Collaboration: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead, challenge and inspire others.
- Creative Integrity: High standards, strong opinions, and the judgement to know when to push.
- Desired But Not Required:
- Sport Sector Experience: Hands‑on experience working within the sports sector or with sports brands.
What We Offer:
- 23 days annual leave + extra 3 days off at Christmas.
- MATTA Sports Day: an extra day off every year for the purpose of either watching or playing sport.
- Generous Sabbatical Policy: for those with longer term leave options to travel, volunteer, study or generally having a reset.
- Health & Financial Wellbeing: we’ve got you covered with a holistic support package that includes comprehensive health and dental insurance, 24/7 virtual GP access, and a range of financial tools, from life assurance and income protection to expert advice platforms.
- Regular Socials: we host Thursday Drinks at our offices every week and PayDay Pizza at the end of each month.
- Hybrid Working: staff can enjoy the comfort of working from their own home and from our London Bridge offices.
- Discounts: exclusive access to our benefits platforms with hundreds of discounts on shopping, food, beauty, travel and much more.
- Dog Friendly Office.
