Tutti Bambini, based in Milton Keynes, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead one of the two teams in our warehouse.
You will translate the daily plan into on-floor action, directing inbound and outbound activities and acting as the first escalation point for issues.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will own shift paperwork, WMS accuracy, and daily reporting, while coaching and developing staff.
