Your Role
As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the fibre coordinators being responsible for all aspects of the Streetworks process. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Management of Streetworks permitting from raising, closing and registering
- Chasing of permit information where applicable, ensuring Streetworks timescales are met
- Tracking permit applications
- Arranging traffic management (TM), ensuring the correct TM is booked in for each job
- Completion of TTRO forms where applicable
- Work with the wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program
- Working with both office and field staff
- Liaise with the local highways authorities where appropriate
- Scheduling works as per the program, including distribution of job packs and safe dig prints
- Tracking of works activities, keeping accurate records and updates
How You'll Do It
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience of Street Manager or equivalent systems (Symology, Solo, Bentley)
- Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Team player
- Competent use of Microsoft Office packages
