Sistema Scotland (Hybrid working from home and office base at any of our Big Noise centres in Scotland)

28 hours per week

£44,272 to £48,422 per annum (pro rata)

Sistema Scotland’s vision is to thrive together through music. Working with children, young people and their families, we focus on early intervention and stimulating generational social change. By playing music together in ensembles and orchestras, we aim to grow confidence, respect, teamwork and aspiration in the children, young people and communities we work with.

You will support the Head of Operations and IT with the effective embedding of Health & Safety (H&S) and operational processes for the organisation; for example supporting and providing guidance to local H&S officers and H&S representatives, policy and risk assessment review, and Control of Noise Regulations coordination and implementation. You will also lead on key pieces of cross centre working, projects and events.

Along with experience and knowledge of Health & Safety and Data Protection legislation and best practice, you will have experience and a track record of success in general management/leadership and proven project or event management experience.

This is a permanent, part-time post, working 28 hours a week (working pattern to be agreed with line manager).
