The Role Make UK are seeking an individual experienced in Sustainability to join their organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an ever growing need for sustainability consultancy amongst their members, this role would take on delivery of training of accredited courses including IEMA. This would be a nationwide role, so candidates must be happy and prepared to travel when necessary. We are looking for someone who is a strong trainer, who can provide engaging and stimulating delivery content. Key Responsibilities Deliver 14 days per month (this can include accredited training delivery, IEMA, in-plant tailored courses or consultancy services) Develop new learning services & products for clients. Be the Make UK responsible person for key programmes. Ensure that all clients receive the highest standards of professional delivery. Act as subject matter expert for digital development (elearning, game-based learning etc.) Maintain Make UK’s portfolio of IEMA courses. Work with the sales team to identify and win new membership and commercial opportunities. Work with business development to scope customer requirements. Contribute to overall team development and capability. Skills/Knowledge Ideally registered to deliver IEMA courses up to PIEMA level. Excellent standard of technical skills and knowledge built on industry experience. Ability to work through complex issues and combine people and technology solutions. Achieving outstanding customer feedback. Keeps up to date with latest legislation and enforcing bodies. Comfortable with Sustainability/Environment delivery. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
