The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To provide coordination, administrative, and on-site project support to the Site Services function, supporting both Hard and Soft Facilities teams in the delivery of projects and maintenance activities, while ensuring safety, compliance, and effective communication across site.
Responsibilities
- Project & Facilities Support
- Coordinate site-based project and facilities activities.
- Induct sub-contractors and ensure all RAMS, H&S documentation, and permits are in place.
- Issue General Work Permits and ensure site readiness prior to contractor visits.
- Escort contractors, consultants, and visitors as required.
- Liaise with Security and Reception to manage site access.
- Order materials, parts, and services from suppliers.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Monitor contractor compliance with RAMS and agreed methodologies.
- Escalate urgent H&S issues, production risks, or potential project delays.
- Support H&S inspections, audits, and site tours in collaboration with the H&S team.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready project, H&S, and O&M documentation.
- Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on access requirements, progress, risks, and changes.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting of works and contractor activity.
- Represent Site Services at daily operational meetings to communicate project and facilities impacts.
- Manage and direct project-related queries from production teams, raising GFM tickets where required.
- Plan and coordinate contractor attendance with manufacturing and production teams.
- Review supplier reports, attendance, and performance.
- Identify risks and suggest practical solutions to the CapEx Delivery Manager.
- Support Site Services Managers and wider team as directed.
- Administration
- Support administrative activities linked to projects and facilities delivery.
- Ensure project documentation is correctly archived at handover.
- Training & Development
- Site induction and system training provided.
- Project and Site Services management awareness delivered by the CapEx Manager and team.
- Formal training provided as required, including QHSE compliance training.
Requirements
- Previous experience in projects, maintenance, or facilities role
- Knowledge of hard and soft facilities services
- Qualifications in relation to HSE, facilities or maintenance – advantageous
25 Days annual leave, plus bank holidays
