Your Role in Our Team: You’ll play an important part in keeping our website fresh, accurate, and engaging. Working closely with the Web Innovation and UX Lead, you’ll help maintain and enhance our online presence while gaining hands‑on experience across website content management, UX, digital campaigns, and more. Responsibilities
- Website Content Management
- Upload and update website content (text, images, videos) as needed.
- Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand.
- Assist with editing and formatting pages in line with brand guidelines.
- Quality Assurance
- Check links, images, and pages for errors or broken elements.
- Test website features and report issues to the team.
- Help maintain a tidy, intuitive, and user‑friendly site structure.
- Campaign Support
- Support the creation of new web pages and campaign landing pages.
- Assist with uploading campaign assets and updating banners or promotional content.
- Help monitor website traffic and campaign performance using basic analytics tools.
- SEO and Accessibility
- Learn and apply basic SEO best practices (e.g., alt text, keywords).
- Help ensure website content is accessible to all users.
- Collaboration and Learning
- Work closely with the Web Innovation and UX Lead, as well as colleagues in marketing, design, and IT.
- Shadow team members to learn about website strategy, UX, and digital marketing.
- Take part in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the website experience.
