The Role
Working closely with a Senior Legal Adviser, you’ll support Employment Tribunal litigation throughout its full lifecycle, including drafting pleadings, disclosures, witness statements, and tribunal bundles. The role is supportive in nature, with an expectation to handle your own cases over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the conduct of Employment Tribunal litigation
- Draft key documents such as ET3s, schedules of loss and lists of issues
- Assist with disclosure exercises (document review, lists, and organisation)
- Liaise with clients to gather evidence and documentation
- Support preparation and drafting of witness statements
- Prepare and manage tribunal bundles
- Monitor deadlines and tribunal directions
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Maintain accurate case files and records
- Assist with correspondence with clients, tribunals and third parties (including Acas)
About You

You’ll Bring:
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Experience in employment law or litigation support (preferred)
- Strong drafting and attention to detail

- A proactive, team‑focused approach
- Previous experience with tribunal processes is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided
