Looking to move beyond a traditional HR advisory role? We’re looking for an HR professional who enjoys variety, building relationships, and helping businesses navigate people challenges. This role would suit someone currently working at HR Advisor level who wants to gain wider exposure across consultancy, projects, employee relations, and client-facing work.
Joining Make UK’s HR Consultancy team, you’ll work with a broad range of clients, supporting them with practical HR advice and hands-on project work across all areas of people management.
You’ll support and deliver HR consultancy services to both members and external clients, providing straightforward, commercially focused advice that works in the real world.
- Advising managers on employee relations issues
- Supporting HR projects from start to finish
- Reviewing and updating policies and handbooks
- Carrying out HR audits and gap analysis
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs

Experience in a generalist or advisory HR role and be comfortable supporting managers with employee relations matters.
