Bhayani Law is a niche employment law firm specialising in all aspects of HR and employment law. Having been established for 10 years, the firm has recently been acquired by Make UK, allowing for exciting plans for growth and progression.

We are looking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor to join our team based in the Sheffield office with remote working where preferred. The firm delivers specialist and holistic HR and legal services to individuals, businesses and charities across the country and to a variety of industry sectors.

You will be utilising your experience providing support to clients on matters from end to end including employment tribunal representation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with autonomy and flexibility within a forward-thinking firm with a solid reputation as a specialist in the industry, offering seamless HR and legal services.

Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive and timely advice and assistance to clients on all matters pertaining to employment law and employee relations either in person, telephone or in writing
  • Conducting employment litigation in the Employment Tribunal end to end
  • Drafting/reviewing contracts of employment, policies, procedures and other employment related documents
  • Preparing and presenting seminars and training on employment law and employee relations issues
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an employment law position, ideally working with both claimant and respondent clients
  • Keen to offer practical and cost-effective solutions to meet our clients’ needs
  • An excellent communicator able to tailor their style accordingly to suit people from different cultures and backgrounds
  • Willing to deliver presentations and training, although training will be provided
  • Possess excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate
  • Have a flexible and pragmatic attitude
  • Work collaboratively and flexibly with peers
  • Personable and able to build relationships
