Are you an organised, detail-oriented legal secretary who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a proactive Legal Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to our HR and Legal teams across the Midlands and the North.

Working closely with experienced legal advisers, you'll play a key role in ensuring employment tribunal cases are managed efficiently, deadlines are met, and members receive exceptional service.

As Legal Secretary, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, helping advisers manage busy caseloads and ensuring legal processes run smoothly:

  • Process and update matters on the CRM system.
  • Coordinate requests for advice and support the Adviceline service on a rota basis.
  • Provide audio typing and general administrative support.
  • Organise legal seminars, employment law updates and events, including venue bookings and delegate management.
  • Handle telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Experience in a legal administration or legal secretarial role is required, along with excellent typing and audio typing skills. A proactive, flexible and positive approach is essential, as well as GDPR awareness or training. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

As part of our Legal team, you'll contribute to delivering expert employment law support while working in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, continuous improvement and outstanding service.
